Ms TANG Hsiao Ching is the Managing Director, Investor Solutions & Marketing at Azalea Investment Management Pte. Ltd..

Prior to joining Azalea in 2023, Ms Tang was the Chief Commercial Officer at Bankside Capital, a multi-family office that offers investment management solutions across private markets and public markets. She also worked for more than six years at Bank of Singapore, where she was Managing Director and Head of Advisory and Sales, Managed Investments, leading teams to provide advisory services in funds and discretionary portfolio mandates.

Her previous roles also included Head of Funds Solutions for Julius Baer, Asia where she led fund advisory and fund due diligence teams, and BNP Paribas Wealth Management, providing investment advisory services for alternative and mutual funds. She also served 8 years at Temasek Holdings, focusing on private equity funds, direct investments as well as post-investment work with portfolio banks.

Hsiao Ching has a BA (Hons) and MA (Oxon) in Philosophy, Politics and Economics, University of Oxford, UK. She is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) Charter holder.
