Altrium Co-Invest Fund (“ACF”) is a fund of direct co-investments. The Fund leverages on Azalea’s platform and network to access direct co-investments alongside top-performing, established General Partners, at a no-fee, no-carry basis, thus offering investors enhanced net returns with a shorter fund life.
Azalea successfully closed ACF I at US$268 million in September 2024, surpassing the target fund size of US$200 million.
